Code Of Conduct
-
You must be 16 to join PnG unless approved by PnG Elders.
-
PnG is a clan that is run by the clan. We use a voting system on all issues that arise in the clan.
-
All PnG Clan Members are expected and required to read and follow the Code Of Conduct!
-
All PnG Members that DO NOT have "PnG" in their gamertags must have PnG in there clan tag.
-
New members in PnG will have there gamertag posted to our Facebook page for clan members to Introduce themselves.
-
Members of PnG are required to join the facebook closed group.
-
PnG does not tolerate any discrimination of any kind. This includes discrimination based on race, gender, age, religious affiliation, or any other personal interest. This will be strictly enforced.
-
PnG Leaders are expected to use proper conduct , leadership skills, and a high level of sportsmanship. Accepting a leadership position is an honor and a choice, therefore if you do not want to handle the responsibility, please don't accept the position.
-
PnG members must represent PnG in a positive and respectful manner regardless of whether they are playing in a game or in Xbox Party Chat and including not using any sort of hacking or Console Modding of any sort.
-
PnG Members are not permitted to participate in any other gaming community at any time without leaving PnG. (Do not be in more than one clan at once!)
-
PnG members MUST show respect to other PnG members. I am not saying you have to be friends but show them respect as other members of the same group as you. If things start to get out of hand and you are asked to stop, you must stop. If it continues you will be asked to leave the lobby and will be requested to have a meeting with the Leader and Co-Leaders.
-
All Leaders must attend all meetings unless cleared with the Clan Leader.
-
Never leave a fellow PnG Member behind. We are a family! If a PnG member is on and would like to be picked up, join one of the parties and ask to be picked up. If there is room allow player to join, if not someone should break off and start another party with the incoming person wanting to join. If there are non PnG members in the party you must ask them to leave and offer the spot to the member!
-
Do Not join session, if you do, do not come in and cause the clan to loose or go negative. If there is a spot within the group they will offer it to you to join the next game.
-
Please remember we are ALL at different skill levels in the clan, no insulting other members game play and making them feel uncomfortable. You can give advice and guidance to help them improve if it is done constructively and not destructively.
-
If you have an Issue with a clan member you must report it to your Co-Leaders. You will then have a meeting with the leaders and try to resolve the issue. If no resolution has been found, and you're not happy about the outcome, you may then ask for an Exit Review. The two members of the conflict will post their side of the story or issue to the clan on the clan page. The clan will then vote who is right or wrong in the matter by voting. The person that loses the votes will then be kicked from the clan. But choose wisely if you ask for an exit review and loss, you yourself can be kicked from the clan for creating unwanted drama within the clan. This is to hold EVERYONE accountable for their game play attitude and actions.
-
All Tier 3 members MUST vote on reviews and issues within our clan.
-
PnG members must be active! We realize that all of you have a life, but if you are inactive for more than 21 days, you will be removed from the roster unless you inform your leader in advance.
-
If you are wanting to leave PnG (that is perfectly fine!) But for us to be a better clan we would like you to talk to us and let us know why so we can improve and maintain our clan! You must speak with the Co-Leader and/or Clan leader about why you're leaving. This way we can try and make our clan better.
-
The bottom line of the code of conduct is HAVE A RESPECTFUL GAMEPLAY ATTITUDE!

Disclaimer:
PnG HAS A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR ANY VIOLATIONS OF THE CODE OF CONDUCT. THE LEADERS OF PnG ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF PnG MEMBERS. THEREFORE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN ACTIONS. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE, AND HAVE FUN!
